Irish Diamond Shawl
I have started a shawl for my husbands Grandmother. She is 90 years old and other than a tab forgetful, she is going strong.
The pattern I am using is from Folk Shawls by Cheryl Oberle, Irish Diamond Shawl. I am using white Nuna by Marisol....a dream to knit with.
recently I Learned what S1 2tog kwise meant in this pattern, YAY to wise knitters on Ravelry to aid me, once again!

coral rose update
well, coral rose became the brown strip sweater....lol
I just made those roses 4 times and i was not satisfied with how it came out or the colors, so it became a brome and green strip sweater.
I got really daunted and annoyed and it went untouched until i got over all that negativity.
now, I am a few inches from starting the shoulder shaping.
it is not the pattern at all as far as there is no intarsia in the entire sweater.
so when done with the sleeves i can block all the pieces and sew the shoulders, so i can move on to the collar.

coral rose sweater
well, at this point in the sweater it is about 4 inch in the back panel. The colors I am using are not on the charted version , nor have I charted them. ! need to have the back done by end of month.
It might not be a take along project until i get past the color work and back into ST st.
